Discord and Roblox
MDA is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Using MDA also requires you to follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any other Discord platform rules that apply to you.
MDA is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. The Roblox account you link is still covered by the Roblox Terms of Use.
Fair Play
MDA keeps the league's competitive record, so none of this is allowed:
- Reporting a result you know is false.
- Faking, editing or reusing a screenshot as proof.
- Playing on somebody else's account, or letting somebody play on yours.
- Entering matches from a second Discord or Roblox account.
- Throwing a match, stalling it, or leaving to dodge a loss.
Conduct
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, dox or abuse anyone through MDA or what it publishes.
- Get around a punishment, a blacklist or a permission.
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt MDA, its sites or the server it runs on.
Staff Decisions
MDA staff run the league. They can cancel matches, correct results, set ranks, blacklist players from hosting and playing, and warn, mute, kick or ban anybody who breaks these terms or the server's rules. Their decision on a result or a dispute is final.
Bans, mutes and warnings can be appealed at appeals.murderduelscomp.com. An appeal is not guaranteed a reply or a different outcome.
The Public Record
Matches, results, rosters, standings, clans, tournaments and player pages are public on murderduelscomp.com. Entering a match puts it, your part in it and its result on that record, and a result is not taken down because somebody dislikes it. The Privacy Policy says what is shown and what can be removed.
Dashboard
Dashboard access comes from MDA staff and is tied to your Discord account. Do not share it or use it for anything beyond what you were given it for. It can be taken away at any time.
No Guarantees
MDA is provided as it is. Features can change or disappear, it can go down, and no record is promised to be complete or correct. As far as the law allows, MDA and the people who run it are not liable for any loss from using it or being unable to, including lost data.
Changes
These terms change when MDA does, and the date at the top changes with them.
Contact
Questions go to the MDA Discord server, or to CX on Discord, who runs the bot and the sites.
